Individual Counselling Services for Adults

We are not meant to do this all alone! In individual therapy, you'll work one-on-one with a therapist of your choosing with an approach that is customized to meet your needs. Therapeutic approaches focus on evidence-based practice and practice-based evidence.

Child & Adolescent Services

Individual therapy for children/youth aged 6+ customized to meet your child’s needs, which may also include parental coaching. Parental involvement is highly encouraged as we work from a family systems perspective.

We are all connected and your role as a caregiver and supporter is crucial. However, parenting and supporting our children/teens can be very challenging at times and we are all doing the best we can with what we know at this time. When things feel overwhelming or when we feel like things could be better but we don't know how to get there, it can be very beneficial to seek the support of a professional. These sessions are available for parental/familial caregivers to receive support and coaching, foster stronger connections, and notice positive behaviour.

Complimentary Connection Calls

A no pressure way to decide if this feels right for you! The therapeutic fit is so important, and this 15-minute virtual meet & greet is an opportunity for you to ask questions, learn about what this might look like, and share what is leading you to wanting counselling. If this feels like the right fit, then we can book further sessions.
